All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Lyon County Engineer.  Sealed Bids should be mailed to E. J. Moberg, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN, 56258 and should be clearly marked as a sealed bid for SAP 042-607-028.  Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bidder’s bond, payable to the Lyon County Treasurer, for at least 5% of the amount bid.   The Lyon County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
