CHANGES: Camping Reservations

COMING SOON - NEW CAMPING RESERVATION SYSTEM

Lyon County will be continuing with reservations for Garvin Park in 2018. A total of 15 campsites can be reserved; 5 in each campground loop; Lower Camp, Upper Camp, and Horse Camp. ALL Reservations will be done through Reserve America; a nationally recognized campground reservation system. Our specific system is being developed and should be ready in May. A few brief notes about the system;

1. Payment is taken immediately with credit card only on the Reserve America site.

2. There is a $ 3.50 per reservation fee.

3. Your credit card is charged 2.2% transaction fee. (on the $20.00 per night camping rate for Garvin Park campsites)

4. There are dedicated sites in the park listed as reserve only. (They will appear on the Reserve America Map)

5. Walk-ins will not be allowed on these sites, but there is no minimum wait period to reserve. If you arrive and find a reserve only site is unreserved, you can reserve it through Reserve America.

6. Site details (electrical, length of camping pad, etc.) will be posted on the Reserve America site map.
