Lyon County is still gathering information on homes affected with any flooding, sewage backup and any damage that may have occurred as a result of the July 3, 2018 rain event.  The information gathered will be compiled and forwarded to the State of Minnesota to see if we reach the threshold for an Individual Assistance Declaration and other financial assistance related to your property.  At this time, there is no individual assistance declaration, but Lyon County along with Minnesota's Department of Homeland Security are working diligently to secure a declaration.  Please call 507-337-6176 to report your property issues. Flood cleanup kits are available at the Law Enforcement Center 611 W. Main St. Marshall, MN.
