About The Lyon County Plat Book
The Lyon County Plat Book is created using Geographic Information Systems, Land Records from the Lyon County Recorders office, the Tax Database from the Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer office, and other various land records from the Lyon County Assessors office.
Update Schedule: Plat Books are updated on an annual basis.
Available Versions: Printed Plat Book: We have two printed versions of the platbook, one from the Lyon County GIS Department and one from County Wide Directory. They are available at the Auditor/Treasurer Office in the Lyon County Government Center and at the Public Works Building. Only one copy per customer please.
