Office Space Available Lyon County has 5600 sq ft of prime office space available for Government/Non-profit use. click for larger image (286kb) This space is located on the 2nd floor of the newly constructed (2002) Lyon County Public Works Facility. The building is constructed of precast concrete with a geothermal heating and cooling system and an IP phone system served by a T1 Line. The Public works Building is located at the Lyon County Fairgrounds in Marshall, MN. The space currently is not finished which allows the lessee to be actively involved in developing the final floor plan with the owner. Lyon County will complete the construction to meet the needs of the lessee.
