electrical products surround us — from computers, televisions and stereo
equipment, to small appliances like irons and cellular phones. Huge
numbers of these products wear out or become obsolete, creating a
challenge for their safe disposal.

HOUSEHOLD CRT
BAN As of July 1, 2006, all
electronic equipment with Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) will be banned from
Minnesota landfills. This pertains to businesses, schools,

BUSINESSES,
SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS in Minnesota are
prohibited from disposing electronic devices and components in municipal
