Minn. Stat. § 279.09 requires counties publish a list of delinquent real property in the officially designated newspaper (Marshall Independent for 2020). The first publication must be made before March 20th with the 2nd publication not less than two weeks later.
All five newspapers of the Lyon County Newspaper Association published the listings on March 18th and April 1st.
