How to Apply for a Passport:

Photo Services:

For the most current information and photo instructions, please visit: travel.state.gov.

Photos are $10, cash or check only to Lyon County.

Dark colored tops are recommended. You cannot wear a uniform, clothing that looks like a uniform or camouflage attire. 

 Checks are required for application payment.

Appointment for Passports:

The Lyon County Government Center is an acceptance agent for passport applicants. Our passport department is open Monday though Friday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Appointments are required. One appointment per family. Please call the Passport Office if you have any questions, 507-537-6980.

The Booking application works best in: Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari web browsers.
